CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand that schedule changes happen, therefore I require a 24-hr notice for cancellations on any service. Same day cancellations/no-shows will be charged 100% of services booked. Should a same day/no-show happen for a second time, no future appointments will be scheduled. No exceptions. Thank you!
